Tomato-Gorgonzola-white wine sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 200g Gorgonzola
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • 100 ml white wine
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • Sugar
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

quick pasta sauce

Finely dice the onions, garlic, and chili pepper and sauté in plenty of olive oil. Deglaze with white wine. Chop the Gorgonzola slightly and melt it in the white wine over high heat. Slowly stir in the passata, using a whisk if necessary. Season to taste. The Gorgonzola, white wine, and chili already add a lot of flavor, so don’t overseason.
