Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 slice(s) of toast
  • 1 slice(s) cheese (Gouda)
  • some butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Soup garnish

Toast the bread, cut out a flower using a flower cutter (any other shape will do), and spread it with a little butter. Cut out a flower from the cheese slice and place it on the toast. Bake in a preheated oven (225°C) until the cheese is melted, then place it in the hot broth.
