Pea soup

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter beef broth
  • 2 eggs
  • Baking peas
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Super fast

Bring the water to a boil in a kettle or using a steamer and then pour it into a bowl. Crack the eggs into the hot water while stirring (very important!); small white flakes will form. Then add about two heaped teaspoons of beef broth and season with salt and nutmeg. Everyone can then add a handful of chickpeas to the soup, as desired—don’t add them directly to the bowl, as they quickly become soggy and lose their crunch.
