Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g flour (wholemeal)
- 140 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 50 g ground almonds
- 50 g almond sticks
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 140 g sugar
- 250 ml milk
- 125 g butter
- 12 pralines or chocolate pieces
- 100 g chocolate
- 65 g almond sticks
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Beat the sugar and butter until fluffy, then stir in the eggs and milk. Mix the remaining ingredients and fold in. Divide a tablespoon of batter between each of the 12 muffin cups, place a praline or chocolate chip on top, and top with the remaining batter. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C. Let the muffins cool on a wire rack. Melt the chocolate and fold in the slivered almonds. Place a teaspoonful on each muffin and let cool.
