Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cups flour
- ½ cup(s) sugar
- 1 cup(s) hazelnuts, ground
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 1 cup(s) oil
- 1 shot of rum
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- Fat for the mold
- Breadcrumbs for the mold
- possibly powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Use a coffee mug for measuring. Preheat the oven to 160°C. Grease a 26 cm springform pan with a tube insert and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with the whisk attachment of a hand mixer for about 2 minutes. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for about 1 hour. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
