- 200 g sugar
- 400 g hazelnuts, ground
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy, add the ground hazelnuts, and mix everything into a smooth batter. Pour the batter into a well-greased loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 60 minutes. Note: This cake is quick to make and tastes freshly baked even after a week.
