Tortellini à la Panna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tortellini (filling as desired)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp Parmesan
  • ½ tsp stock powder
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 5 slices of cooked ham

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook the tortellini in plenty of salted water. Finely chop the onion and sauté in hot oil. Add the cream and bring to a boil. Then add the Parmesan cheese and seasonings and stir until a thick sauce forms (be careful not to overheat it, or it will burn). Finally, add the diced ham and toss everything with the cooked tortellini.
