Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed or just minced beef
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of cumin
  • 1 pinch of clove(s)
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 400 g pizza tomatoes
  • curry powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Dice the onion and garlic clove, finely chop the apple, and sauté everything in a pot. Add the spices and sauté briefly. Then add the ground beef and fry. Add about 1-2 small cans of pizza tomatoes (I vary this according to my taste and mood) and finally season with salt, pepper, and curry powder.
