Ingredients for 40 servings:

  • 200 g brown sugar
  • 125 g honey
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 125 g butter
  • 400 g flour
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp anise
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Flour, for rolling out
  • 200 g dark chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Heat the sugar, honey, vanilla sugar, butter, and milk while stirring until smooth. Let cool, then combine with the remaining ingredients (except the chocolate coating) to form a smooth dough. Roll out the dough on a floured surface, not too thin, and cut out stars. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 10-15 minutes. Melt the chocolate coating and coat the cooled stars with it.
