Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 200 g desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

very easy to do

Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Add the lemon juice and desiccated coconut and mix briefly. Drop small portions onto round wafers with a spoon. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes.
