Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 ml tomato(s), pureed
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 vegetable stock cube (or beef)
- Herbs of your choice (frozen)
- olive oil
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel and finely chop the onions, and fry them in olive oil until translucent. Peel and press the garlic, and fry briefly. Add the passata and stock cube and bring to a boil. Only then add the tuna and continue cooking until the tuna is warm. Season with salt, pepper, and frozen herbs. Serve with pasta of your choice.
