Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 1 tbsp butter
- 200 g Leberkäse, cut into cubes
- 200 g cream
- salt and pepper
- Nutmeg, freshly grated
- 2 egg yolks
- 100 g Parmesan, grated
- 1 tbsp mustard, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the diced Leberkäse until crispy. Add two-thirds of the cream and bring to a boil. Mix in the spaghetti and heat through. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix the egg yolk with the remaining cream and sweet mustard and add. Heat briefly, but do not allow to boil further. Mix in the Parmesan cheese or sprinkle over the top and serve immediately.
