Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g spaghetti (125 g per serving)
- 1 can tuna (in its own juice)
- 1 small can of corn
- ½ onion(s)
- Salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- Parsley
- ½ cup whipped cream
- butter
- 1 dash of olive oil
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 ciabatta
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Spaghetti: Add the spaghetti to a pot of boiling salted water (I always use 1 1/2 tablespoons of salt) and observe the cooking time. For the sauce: Place a pan on the stove over high heat and add a little butter and a drizzle of olive oil. When the pan is hot, add the tuna and diced onion, mashing it all together. When the tuna is lightly browned, add the corn and deglaze with the cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a pinch of sugar. The sauce should now simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the pan with the sauce. Finally, sprinkle a little parsley over it, and you’re done. Tastes simply delicious. It’s a real highlight with ciabatta, of course!
