  • 500g rigatoni
  • 1 pack of salmon fillet(s), frozen
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, quartered
  • some chili
  • 2 cups of cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Cook the rigatoni according to the instructions, cutting each salmon fillet into 1cm-wide pieces. Sauté the onion, garlic, and salmon pieces in a pan. Deglaze with the cream and thin with about a ladleful of the rigatoni’s water. Season and cook for about 10 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through. Be careful not to overcook it, as the salmon will fall apart if overcooked! Briefly toss the finished pasta in the sauce and serve!
