Cauliflower sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g cauliflower, cooked
  • ½ onion(s), diced
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 tsp, heaped flour
  • 3 tsp, heaped broth, instant, (vegetable or chicken broth)
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

ideal for using up leftovers

Fry the onion in hot oil and dust with flour. Then pour in the milk and add the cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces, and continue to simmer. Season to taste with instant broth.
