Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 275 g honey
  • 250 g peanut butter, with pieces
  • 40 g cornflakes
  • 50 g puffed cereals
  • e.g. cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 25 minutes

With cornflakes and cereal puffs

Combine honey, peanut butter, and cinnamon in a saucepan and heat gently, stirring occasionally, until well blended and smooth. Stir in the cornflakes and cereal puffs. Using 2 tablespoons, place small mounds on parchment paper. Chill for at least 2 hours, or until firm. Keep refrigerated.
