Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200g Gorgonzola
- 1 kg gnocchi
- 250 g bacon, diced
- 100 g Brie(s)
- 200 ml cream
- some butter, approx. 40 g
- Salt
- Pepper, white
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Sauce for spaghetti or gnocchi
Brown the bacon, add the cream, and heat. Meanwhile, fry the gnocchi in butter. Season the cream mixture and melt the two cheeses in it. Blend with a hand blender and season to taste. Arrange the gnocchi on a plate and pour the sauce over them.
