Gnocchi with cheese, garlic and ham sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 4 slices of cooked ham
  • 150 ml cream
  • 50 g processed cheese
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions. Finely chop the garlic and sauté briefly in olive oil. Dice the ham and add it to the pan. Deglaze with cream and bring to a boil. Melt the cheese in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Add the gnocchi to the sauce and serve.
