- 100 g flour
- 75 g fine oat flakes
- 50 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 100 g butter, soft
- 100 g chocolate, chopped

Sift the flour into a bowl and mix with the oats, vanilla sugar, salt, and sugar. Spread the softened butter in flakes on top. First, work it into crumbs with a knife, then with your fingers. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips. Using a tablespoon, place small heaps of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Gently press them together with your fingers. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 12-15 minutes and let them cool on the baking sheet. Then place them on a wire rack until completely cooled. Makes about 25-30 pieces, depending on the size.
