Ham and cream cheese sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 250 g cooked ham
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • salt and pepper
  • some wild garlic, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean the mushrooms and cut them into strips along with the ham. Peel and dice the onions. First, fry the onions in a little oil until translucent. Then add the mushrooms and ham. Let everything fry for a while longer. Deglaze with the stock and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat slightly and add the cream cheese. Stir until dissolved. Then season to taste with salt, pepper, and wild garlic. This is best served with pasta.
