Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 50 g flour
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 1 pinch of ginger powder
  • 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of anise, ground

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Beat the eggs and egg yolks with a hand mixer on high for about 1 minute until frothy. Mix the sugar and vanilla sugar and add them after 1 minute. Then beat for another 2 minutes. Mix the flour, cornstarch, and spices and sift them into the cream. Then mix briefly on the lowest speed. Using two teaspoons, place small heaps, leaving enough space between them, on baking sheets lined with baking paper. Place the baking sheets one after the other in the preheated oven. Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 to 15 minutes. Remove the cookies, including the baking paper, from the baking sheets onto wire racks and allow to cool.
