Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of paprika powder
- 1 egg(s)
- 125 ml cream
- 125 g butter, cold
- 200 g cheese (Gouda or Emmental, grated)
- Egg yolk / milk for brushing
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix all ingredients into a dough and chill for 15 minutes. Roll out the dough to ½ cm thick, cut out the bases, and brush with egg yolk. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, caraway seeds, poppy seeds, and paprika. Bake at 180°C for 12-15 minutes. 3320 kcal (Gouda) / 3468 kcal (Emmental)
