  • Salt
  • Black pepper, freshly ground
  • Parmesan, freshly grated
  • some chives for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with carrot strips, leek, peppers and chili

Cut the bell peppers into thin strips, or dice one variety. Cut the chili pepper into tiny dice, and cut the leek lengthwise into very fine strips, about the size of a stalk. Briefly fry the vegetables in olive oil so they’re still firm to the bite. Add the crayfish and heat briefly. Then add the processed cheese and stir to combine. Add a few tablespoons of the pasta cooking water and season with a little salt and pepper. It goes well with various types of tagliatelle or spaghetti. Mix the pasta with the pasta sauce and garnish with chives. Grate the Parmesan cheese and serve.
