Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cod fillets
- 250 g Arctic shrimp(s), frozen
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- goat cheese
- dill
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 ½ tube(s) tomato paste
- 1 cup sour cream
- 400 ml cream
- 100 ml milk
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 400 g pasta (bavette)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
While preparing the sauce, cook the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain. Cut the cod into bite-sized pieces. Slice the spring onions into rings. Peel and chop the garlic. Chop the dill. Crumble the goat cheese. Fry the spring onions and garlic in a pan and caramelize with a pinch of sugar. Then add the tomato paste and fry briefly. Deglaze with the cream and milk and bring to a boil. Now add the fish cubes, reduce the heat to medium, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the Arctic prawns (you can also use larger frozen prawns, but in this case, you should add the fish and prawns to the sauce at the same time) and simmer for another 5 minutes. Now add 3/4 of the dill and seasonings to taste and pour everything over the pasta, garnishing with the goat cheese and the remaining dill.
