Winter iceberg lettuce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • ¾ head of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 60 g bacon
  • ½ onion(s)
  • ½ cup crème fraîche
  • 1 tsp, heaped cream cheese with garlic and spring onions
  • 1 shot of milk
  • 1 dashes orange juice
  • some rapeseed oil
  • some lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Finely dice the bacon and onion. Quarter the lettuce and cut into strips. Fillet the orange, reserving the juice and squeezing the remaining juice. Depending on the size of the fillets, cut them in half. Mix the listed ingredients to make a dressing. Toss the lettuce and oranges with the dressing. Fry the bacon until crispy and sprinkle over the salad just before serving. Serve with fried beef sausages and baguette.
