Potato-carrot-kohlrabi pot

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 400 g carrot(s)
  • 400 g kohlrabi
  • 600 g potatoes
  • 800 ml broth
  • 200 g processed cheese
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp parsley, dried
  • some oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 Vienna sausages

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Peel and dice the onions, potatoes, carrots, and kohlrabi. Then, fry the onions in a pan with a little oil. Add the potatoes, carrots, and kohlrabi and top up with broth. Let the soup simmer gently for about 20 minutes. Then add the cream cheese and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper, and add the parsley. Slice the Vienna sausages and add them to the pan, letting them simmer for a while.
