Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 50 ml oil
- 2 bananas
- 2 tsp protein powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 60 g sugar
- 150 ml milk
- Blueberries

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Mash the bananas and mix all the ingredients. Line the bread pan with baking paper (this makes it easier to remove from the sides) and pour in the batter. Spread the blueberries on top and gently press them into the batter with a spoon. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for approximately 30-35 minutes.
