Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 large kohlrabi
- 2 potatoes
- 1 carrot(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 cup of cream
- 500 ml vegetable broth, instant
- salt and pepper
- some crème fraîche
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash and chop the vegetables. Place them in a saucepan and add enough vegetable stock to cover everything, then simmer until tender. Purée everything with a hand blender, add the cream, and season with salt and pepper. Serve the crème fraîche with the soup.
