Not only tasty with coffee
Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, egg, and butter thoroughly. Dissolve the coffee powder in the milk and add it to the mixture. Sift the flour into a bowl, add the baking powder and cocoa powder. Add the flour mixture and knead thoroughly. Shape the dough into rolls about 3 cm in diameter and chill for at least 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut slices about 3 mm thick from the dough rolls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for about 10 minutes, then let the cookies cool on a wire rack. Tip: You can cover the cookies with chocolate coating. A glaze made from powdered sugar and orange juice also tastes very good; it provides a very fruity contrast to the coffee flavor.
