Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g wild garlic
- 4 eggs
- 170 g flour
- 250 ml mineral water
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

as a soup garnish
Clean and finely chop the wild garlic. Place it in a mixing bowl along with all the other ingredients and mix into a dough. Let the dough stand for about 30 minutes. Heat a little olive oil in a non-stick pan and cook about 8 pancakes one after the other. Once cooled, cut into thin strips for use as a soup garnish. Tip: The pancakes can also be frozen while still cooked.
