Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 20 g nettle leaves, fresh
- 1 egg(s), size L
- 80 ml milk
- 10 g wholemeal oat flour
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 4 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Fry in a pan until small pancakes form. This takes about 2-3 minutes per side. I had a nonstick pan, so I didn’t add any oil. I served it with tomatoes as a side dish.
