Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g butter
  • little flour
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 3 tbsp horseradish, freshly grated
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Sauté butter with a little flour, then pour in 1/4 liter of vegetable stock. Then add 3 tablespoons of freshly grated horseradish. Stir until the sauce is thick enough and has the desired spiciness. Bring to a boil briefly and season with salt, freshly ground pepper, a little nutmeg, and a pinch of sugar. Delicious with beef, fondue, ground meat, and much more.
