Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 apple, washed
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red, cleaned
  • 1 small onion(s), peeled
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • Vinegar
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the apple, bell peppers, and onion and place them in a bowl. Season to taste with spices, vinegar, and oil. Let stand for a while and serve.
