Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • 250 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Flour for the work surface

Instructions

Beat the sugar, vanilla sugar, and butter with the eggs until fluffy. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out cookies of your choice. Decorate as desired. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes. Tips: If you’re having trouble rolling out the dough, form small balls and place them on the baking sheet. Dip the bottom of a drinking glass in flour and flatten the balls. Add ground almonds to the dough for delicious almond cookies. You might also want to add another egg to the dough.
