Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s)
- ½ bell pepper(s), red
- ½ small pepper, red, fresh
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar essence
- n. B. Dill
- some sour cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Roughly peel the cucumber with a vegetable peeler (it’s okay to leave some green on it), then slice it and place it in a bowl. Cut the bell pepper into small strips and the chili pepper into very fine rings, and add both. Peel and crush the garlic clove, and add it. Mix everything together and season with 1-2 tablespoons of vinegar essence, salt and pepper, and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Then chop the fresh dill and add it. Arrange on plates and serve with a dollop of sour cream, which is then stirred into the plate. Note: The ingredients can be varied according to taste. The delicious blend of spicy, sweet, and creamy in this cucumber salad is a great addition.
