Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 150 g sugar
  • 200 g butter
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 50 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 50 minutes

Make a firm cookie dough from the first four ingredients and chill for at least 2 hours. Roll out on a floured surface and cut out cookies. The dough should be cold, otherwise the cookies will be difficult to cut out. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 200 degrees Celsius until golden brown. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, if desired.
