Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pumpkin flesh
- 250 g apples
- 250 g onion(s)
- 150 ml water
- 100 ml cream
- 2 tbsp oil
- some lemon juice
- curry powder
- salt and pepper
- Chicken broth as needed
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Dice the onions, fry in oil until translucent, and deglaze with the water. Add the diced pumpkin and apples, cook until soft, and puree everything. Add the chicken stock until the desired consistency is reached, add the cream, and let everything simmer briefly. Finally, season to taste with lemon juice, curry powder, salt, and pepper.
