Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta, green
- 20 g butter
- 20 g flour
- 250 ml broth
- 125 ml cream
- 100 g cheese, grated (Emmental)
- 150 g cooked ham
- salt and pepper
- lemon juice
- chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain well, and keep warm in an ovenproof dish in the oven. Melt the butter, stir in the flour, and sauté until light yellow. Whisk the stock into the roux and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in the cheese and cream, then add the diced ham. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Pour over the pasta and sprinkle with the chopped chives. Serve immediately.
