Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g diced pumpkin flesh, e.g. butternut without skin
- 1 small banana(s), sliced
- 1 small onion(s), diced
- 1 chili pepper(s), very finely diced
- 1 small piece(s) ginger root, diced
- 1 ½ tbsp oil
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp coriander
- 400 ml chicken broth
- 100 ml sour cream
- 100 ml orange juice
- salt and pepper

Sauté the pumpkin flesh, bananas, and onions in oil. Deglaze with the broth and bring the soup to a boil. Add all the other ingredients and simmer until the soup is nice and creamy. Season to taste and puree if desired. 380 kcal, 13.5 g fat, 4.5 BE
