Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 130 g brown sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 150 g butter, soft
  • 125 g flour (white)
  • 25 g cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 150 g chocolate decoration (dark chocolate drops)

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (160 degrees Celsius fan-assisted). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Whisk together the egg, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Stir in the butter. Combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt and stir in. Fold in the chocolate chips. Divide the batter by tablespoons among the baking sheets. Bake in the center of the oven for 15 minutes, then cool on a wire rack.
