Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 20 g butter
  • 500 g milk (skimmed milk)
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 15 g vegetable stock, instant
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 35 g flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Thermomix

Chop 1 bunch of parsley and 1 clove of garlic for 8 seconds/speed 5, add butter, and sauté for 3 minutes. Add skimmed milk, heavy cream, vegetable stock, pepper, nutmeg, and flour, and heat for 9 minutes/90°C/speed 3. Before serving, froth for 20 seconds/speed 10.
