Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 400 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 200 g sugar
  • some sweet cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Preheat the oven to 150°C (fan). Separate the eggs and make a dough with the cream cheese, butter, flour, and two egg yolks. Divide this dough into four equal portions, each of which is rolled out into a round disc. Make the nut mixture from the chopped nuts, the two egg whites, the sugar, and a dash of sweet cream. Spread the nut mixture over the round discs and cut into eighths like a cake. Starting at the wide end, roll them up into croissants. Bake the croissants in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
