Place all ingredients in a bowl and knead well, or put it in a mixer and knead. Let the dough rise at room temperature for at least an hour. Once the dough has risen well, knead it again. Then divide it into three equal pieces and roll out into a ball. In the meantime, preheat the oven to the highest setting (top/bottom heat). Lightly grease a baking tray. Place the baking tray on the highest rack and heat it up. Once the oven is at the right temperature, place the dough on the hot tray and bake for 5-7 minutes. The bread will puff up like you would expect from your kebab shop.
