Fanta slices with peach sour cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 125 ml oil
  • 150 ml Fanta
  • 250 g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • Grease for the tray
  • 2 can/n peach(s) of 470 g drained weight
  • 600 ml cream
  • 3 packs of cream stiffener
  • 5 packs of vanilla sugar
  • 500 g sour cream
  • 1 tsp cinnamon sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

for 20 cuts

For the batter, beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar with a hand mixer on high speed until frothy. Stir in the oil and Fanta. Mix the flour and baking powder, sift, and stir in portions. Place the batter on a greased baking tray. Bake in a hot oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approx. 25 minutes. Allow the cake to cool. Drain the peaches and cut into small pieces. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and 3 packets of vanilla sugar until stiff. Mix the sour cream with the remaining vanilla sugar. Stir the peach pieces into the sour cream, carefully fold in the cream. Spread the mixture evenly over the base. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon sugar. Tip: Instead of peaches, you can also use 2 cans of mandarin oranges (175g drained weight each).
