Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 300 g flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 150 g margarine
  • 4 apples
  • 150 g sugar
  • ¼ liter apple juice
  • ¼ liter of apple cider
  • 2 packs of pudding powder, vanilla flavor
  • 2 cups of sweet cream
  • some eggnog

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes

Make a shortcrust pastry from flour, 150g sugar, margarine, and the egg. Line a 26cm springform pan with it, raising the sides by 3cm. Peel and core the apples, quarter them, and line the springform pan with the dough. Make a pudding from 150g sugar, apple juice, cider, and 2 packets of vanilla pudding, and pour it over the apples. Bake the cake at 180°C for about 1 hour. Leave to cool overnight. Before serving, whip 2 cups of cream and spread it over the cake. Put some advocaat in a freezer bag, cut off a small corner, and spread the advocaat like threads over the cake.
