Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 125 g sugar
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 250 g butter, cold
- 2 egg yolks

For me the tastiest and easiest shortcrust pastry
Place flour, a pinch of salt, and sugar on a work surface. Make a well in the center and add the eggs. Sprinkle the butter into small pieces around the well and quickly knead everything together. Wrap the dough in foil and chill for about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat: 160°C). Roll out the dough to about 4 mm thick, cut out cookies of your choice, and place them on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes.
