Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g wheat flour
- 500 g wheat bran
- 250 g rye meal
- 250 g sunflower seeds
- ½ cup beetroot syrup
- 1 liter buttermilk
- 2 cubes of yeast
- 2 tsp salt
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 40 minutes
(doesn’t have to rise and can go straight into the oven)
Preheat the oven to 140°C to 150°C (top/bottom heat). Mix all ingredients together thoroughly (best in a food processor). Then pour the dough into a well-greased bread pan. Bake in the hot oven for 2.5 hours without letting the dough rise first.
