Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 small cauliflower
- 2 onions, red
- 1 tbsp ginger, chopped
- 1 tbsp honey
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Divide the cauliflower into small florets and fry in oil with the sliced onions. When the onions are slightly translucent, add the chopped ginger and fry. After about 8 minutes, add the honey, pour in the broth, and continue to sauté the cauliflower briefly. Season with salt and serve! Tastes great with fried fish.
