Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 2 onions, red
  • 1 tbsp ginger, chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Divide the cauliflower into small florets and fry in oil with the sliced ​​onions. When the onions are slightly translucent, add the chopped ginger and fry. After about 8 minutes, add the honey, pour in the broth, and continue to sauté the cauliflower briefly. Season with salt and serve! Tastes great with fried fish.
