Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g marzipan paste
  • 2 egg whites
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp rose water
  • 50 g flour
  • n. B. almond flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Protein utilization

Crumble the marzipan and beat it with the egg whites until frothy. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and pipe clouds onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Top with flaked almonds, if desired, and bake at 175°C for 10-15 minutes.
