Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter
- 75 g powdered sugar
- 1 m.-sized eggs
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 240 g flour
- 60 g starch flour
- 100 g chocolate, leftovers (dark, milk, etc.)
- 150 g nuts, leftovers and almonds (sliced, slivered or roughly chopped), coconut flakes, pistachios, ground, bun
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes
Combine the dough ingredients in a kneaded dough and refrigerate for 1 hour. Roll out the dough, cut out any desired shapes, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 12 minutes. Let the finished cookies cool. Melt the leftover chocolate in a water bath and add the leftover nuts and almonds. Using a teaspoon, place small heaps of the mixture on each cookie and sprinkle with the leftover decorations. Let dry.
